1. Scope
These Terms apply to all catering services and food-truck rentals provided by Langos Queen OG. Differing or additional terms apply only with our written consent.
2. Inquiries & bookings
An inquiry via our catering form is non-binding. A booking becomes binding upon written confirmation by us (email is sufficient). The price quoted in the confirmation is binding.
3. Cancellation
Cancellations more than 30 days before the event are free of charge. Cancellations 14–30 days before incur 30% of the agreed fee, less than 14 days 50%, and less than 72 hours 100% — except in cases of force majeure.
4. Allergens & food information
Allergen information per LMIV regulation is provided on request and on-site. Our dough is 100% vegan. Vegetarian, vegan and meat options are clearly labelled.
5. Liability
We are liable only for damages caused by intent or gross negligence. Liability for slight negligence is excluded — except for damages to life, body or health, or breach of essential contractual duties.
6. Place of jurisdiction
Place of performance and jurisdiction is Vienna. Austrian law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
